1. How do I subscribe?
There are 3 ways you can subscribe.

2. When will I receive my first issue if I subscribe
Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your first
issue for a monthly title, and between 6-8 weeks for a bi-monthly title.
3. What can I do if my magazine does not arrive?
Your magazine will usually arrive on or around the
on-sale date in stores. All titles are dispatched a week before the on-sale
date, so please do not consider your magazine late until a few days after it
goes on sale in stores. After this time, you can call Toll Free 1800 801 647
between 9am – 5:30pm EST and we will gladly look into sending you out a
4. How will you acknowledge my order?
Online orders: We will send you an email confirmation
notice outlining your order. You will also receive an email notifying you once
your order has been processed by one of our customer service staff.
Phone and Postal orders: We will send you an order receipt by mail if
you have requested us to do so. If you purchase a gift subscription, you are
eligible to receive a gift card which you can hand to your friend or loved one
on that special day.
5. If I'm giving a gift subscription, do you send
something to the recipient?
Online orders: In the near future we will be creating
this function online.
Phone orders: When speaking to our helpful staff, please let them know
that you would like a gift card to be sent to your recipient or to yourself to
present to the recipient. This will inform them of your purchase and outline
their start and expiry issue.
Postal orders: Just tick the appropriate box on the order slip and we
will post out a gift letter to your recipient or to yourself to present to the
6. Will I receive the free gift with my first issue?
No, as some gifts are bulky and require special
packaging, your gift will arrive separately within 4-6 weeks after placing your

refund, you will receive a refund for all unsent issues. Credit card payments
will be credited back to your card within 7-14 days. For cheque or money order
payments please allow up to 28 days to receive your refund cheque.
If you request a cancellation within your 10 working day cooling off period, no
fees will be incurred. However beyond this point, a $20 administration fee will

Simply select from any of our subscription offers and
we’ll add it to your existing subscription for you.
11. How do I change my address?
You can call us on Toll Free 1800 801 647 between 9am
– 5:30pm EST to advise us of a change of address.
Likewise you can fill out your new details on your magazine cover sheet and
mail or fax it in to us.
12. What if I receive a damaged issue?

you out a replacement copy!
13. Can I order a back issue?
Yes! Please select the title that you are after from
our list of magazines (left) and you will notice a banner for back issue
magazines and DVD’s (where applicable).
Please note that we only list the last 12 months of back issues, beyond this we
can not guarantee stock.

14. I'm going away for a while, can you put my
subscription on hold?
Sure! Just phone Toll Free 1800 801 647 between 9am –
5:30pm EST and we'll put your subscription on hold. Just contact us when you
are ready to start your subscription again.
15. Can I subscribe to your magazine even though I
don’t live in Australia?
Yes! While there is a price difference due to
increased postal charges, we do offer subscriptions worldwide.
Simply click on your favourite magazine from our list (left) and choose the
appropriate location (New
Zealand or Overseas) to view the
subscription rates and purchase.

Please note: It is our policy that all items advertised in our email offers or in our online stores are in stock, unless noted otherwise. All items* are dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours of each order being processed. Occasionally, demand for specific products/offers means we are overrun with orders. In these cases we will always notify all purchasers of any delays in shipping your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 4 - 6 weeks (due to our running out of stock) we will contact and offer you the choice of a full refund or to continue waiting for your order.
